We provide technology consulting, software development, AI solutions and related digital services as described on this website. The specific terms of any engagement, including scope, pricing, timelines and deliverables, are defined in a separate written agreement or proposal signed by both parties prior to the commencement of work.
Upon full payment of all agreed fees, clients receive full ownership of the custom software, code and deliverables specifically created for them. Pre-existing intellectual property, frameworks, libraries and tools used in the development remain the property of their respective owners. Vivek Verma retain the right to showcase projects in their portfolio unless a written confidentiality agreement states otherwise.
Payment terms are outlined in individual project agreements. Standard terms typically require an advance payment before project commencement, milestone-based payments during development, and a final payment upon delivery. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Vivek Verma treats all client business information, project details and proprietary data as confidential. We sign NDAs on request. Clients are also requested to treat our proprietary methodologies, pricing structures and internal processes as confidential.
our liability for any claim arising from services rendered is limited to the total fees paid by the client for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. We are not liable for third-party service failures, including cloud providers, payment gateways or APIs.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
